    I'm not sure they have but it really wouldn't surprise me especially this time of year as the streets are very icy. Prior to the cameras people thought it better to go ahead and speed up to get through the yellow before it turned red, now you end up slamming your brakes in order to stop so you don't get a ticket. I suspect if those cameras haven't caused an increase yet they will shortly.
