  • It certainly can't hurt! It shows good intent. The court will like that. Besides, you are less likely to take a poke at the judge when he passes judgment against you. ;-) Good luck.
  • You KNOW you have a serious problem with your temper. I don't think it will hurt your position if you did absolutely nothing and waited for the Court to tell you what to do. IF I was the judge, I KNOW I would admire you for what you are doing. Whether or not I would be lenient is another matter to decide - after I heard and read the complete case for and against you.
