I'll go with Rex. Griese might have more experience, but i think grossman has more skill.

Brian Griese, definitely. He's a veteran who's had a fair amount of success in the past. Grossman as a starting QB couldn't keep his completion % over 55, which isn't too impressive if you ask me.
