Capris or skirts. I hate shorts with a fiery, burning passion (except for going to the gym - I will wear them then).

I prefer long Floaty dresses for coolness and they also mean you do not get tan lines on your legs and are able to tan properly when you wish I suppose I like both but capris are more in fashion

Capris. My thighs are not condusive to shorts unless I'm filming a cottage cheese commercial. As the cottage cheese.

I'm a bloke and I sometimes wear cutoffs when I'm somewhere hot - they look good and keep you cool, but if you know you'll be there all day and evening, when the weather gots cooler, they're long enough to keep you warm. And mine have pockets *everywhere*!
