Yes. I saw a full moon appear red during an eclipse about 20 years ago. Most eery.

When I lived out west, during a raging wild fire the moon was red. Conversely, during a sandstorm the sun "turned to blood". Very biblical and freaky :)

Yes, I have, I wish I had the camera, it was huge, and blood red. I believe it is commonly referred to as a "blood moon".
