"In recent years, several commentators have argued that contemporary manifestations of anti-Zionism are often used as a cover for antisemitism, and that a "new antisemitism" rooted in anti-Zionism has emerged. Advocates of this concept argue that much of what purports to be criticism of Israel and Zionism is demonization, and has led to an international resurgence of attacks on Jews and Jewish symbols and an increased acceptance of antisemitic beliefs in public discourse. Critics of the concept argue that the equation of anti-Zionism with antisemitism is used to stifle legitimate criticisms of Israel, and trivializes antisemitism. Nearly all commentators agree both that anti-Zionism can be anti-Semitic and that anti-Zionism is not necessarily anti-Semitism. The difference is rather one of emphasis with some preferring to emphasize the link and others to separate the issues." Source and further information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Zionism

Other than being extremists, no. There has been some comparisons between anti Zionism and Nazis. Anti semitism is claimed to be the reason for Holocaust, however, the Holocaust was NOT based on anti Semitism. My people ("Gypsies"), for example, were part of the Final Solution along with the Jews, targeted for the same reason and with the same ferocity. That blows any belief in the Holocaust being anti Semetic out of the water. Add to that the Slavs... they are not Jewish. Then the Jehovah's Witnesses and all the rest... not Jewish there either. Also Islamic extremists are not attempting genocide, period, or waging a WORLD war. The goal behind the actions of the Islamic extremists is not racial purity and world domination.
