This is actually a hard question to answer. Both falling in and out of love are an emotional roller coaster. Falling in love is like being in a fantasy, falling out of love is seeing a different kind of reality. After one has been hurt a few times it may be harder to fall IN love again.

What is harder is realizing you've fallen out of love and trying to fall back in love.
