How do judges make their decisions on divorce cases? Do they abide by some instruction or can they make any decision no matter if they have a bad day, good day, or just wanting to be mean?

this is true. i think it unair that one person should decide a part of someone elses fate, no matter how small or large the case is.

its actually the jury that decides and they have a set of rules that they have to go by.

Ideally they go strictly by the law. But to say that human factors don't play some part would be unrealistic.

How do judges make their decisions on divorce cases?...whoever has the most money will win for sure; basically most things in society revolve around money. IMO the court system is not fair at all.
