Do you take credit for someone else's work if that someone is not around or do you give credit to where it rightly belongs to?

No I don't take credit for other people's work. What if it were to backfire, "Do it again" (yikes) "How did you do it" (Ummm...*sitting there looking dumb) :)

No never. I like to applaud people's good, hard work. I would want them to do the same in return when I do something.
