Good question. After an orgasm the male needs recovery time. What you might try is if you know when you are going to have sex "prepare for it". About 45min-an hour before masturbate. Then when its time for sex you will last longer. Also try training yourself when shes not home. Just masturbate but try to hold the orgasm off as long as you can.
