I'm not sure it's always a "lazy" thing. If they have worked all day, they may truly be burnt out. Also, I think some men feel inadequate doing household chores.

I'm unemployed right now, my girlfriend works. As a result, I clean the apartment, do dishes, make dinner, etc. I don't complain when she comes home and sits down because I know she's been working all day. It's not a matter of laziness.

If you watched me around the house, you'd probably say I'm a lazy cad. But you don't know me, any more than you know "most men". I've gotten to the stage in life (late forties) where I'm feeling useless around the house myself. But I know that I shouldn't. I get up at 4 AM,commute one hour, work a ten hour shift, then an hour and a half commute home. I'm tired when I get home. Too tired to do stuff that INTERESTS me; this incessant whining about how lazy men are is beginning to really get me PO'd.

It's the only area where Men can be relaxed as they want..Otherwise where we have time?

I think she means her "man" lays around the house and he says he's been "working". As for me, I'm contemplated against my professor but w/e. Call me lazy.
