  • holy crap! you have school tommorow!? no way. okay, i'll play along ;). If you have back trouble wear something comfortable like a sweat-shirt and bring a small pillow and sit at the top of the bleachers with your back resting on the pillow against the wall. that should work.
  • There are special chairs made which unfold on those benches-get one!
