  • my mom is vegetarian so when i was born, i was vegetarian. i started eating meat when i was 12 or 13 because its difficult to find vegetarian food in school. i wish i could go back.
  • I only recently became a vegetarian, and at that I still eat a cheeseburger once in awhile...I'm trying, really, but I just love cheeseburgers so much... I became a vegetarian mostly for environmental reasons, but health reasons are also a factor. Since becoming a vegetarian I feel healthier and lighter. I sweat less and have fewer headaches. I used to get terrible indigestion, which is now gone, even when I eat spicy food. I feel better and smell sweeter. (Or so I've been told...) Even with my burger addiction (I eat maybe one a month, that is my only source of meat.) I don't really care for the taste of meat anymore. Sometimes I won't even be able to eat half of the burger. Soon I will be a complete vegetarian...and glad of it.
  • i was 20, and in nursing school. we had a rotation thru surgery, (gag) rib spreader, (big gag) bbq ribs for dinner.
  • I became a vegetarian because I went to school with Lilly Kushi whose father was one of the originators of macro biotics. Howewer, one day I met this hamburger that pissed me off, so I had to eat it. I've been normal ever since.
