Why ask why, and why? Why ask why, and why, and why? Why ask why, and why, and why, and why? Are the above three unique questions, or just asking the same one repetitively?
-
It seems to me that a lot of people are doing that as a way of beating the system lately.
-
Darth is so convincing! Q: is still repetitive. It just has to be! Otherwise my entire world view is null and void.

I've often wondered the same thing because I've gotten conflicting results from flagging. In the past I've had flags rejected when the words "and why" were tacked onto the end of an otherwise identical question but lately, the tide seems to be turning towards considering them duplicates.
-
It seems that that would be a logical way to get a real answer instead of a flat yes or no.
-
I think that depends. I had a question rejected as a duplicate from 3 months ago and it had like 3 words that were the same as the other person..the rest was totally different. http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/916613 Then I have seen questions like you are talking about that go thru. I think that depends. Some people are very good at knowing how to break the rules but NOT break the rules.
-
I'm thinking it's still a duplicate. Why is merely an addition of the same question. People have the ability to expound as much as they want to on any given answer.
-
Yes, I've seen it work before with someone else.
