1. Brains 2. Very good business acumen 3. Knowing all about business in and out, especially the business in which you are involved. 4. Alot of business and other college degrees probably help. 5. Knowing the right people in high places helps. 6. Having the ability to handle alot of stress. 7. Knowing how to manage and direct people with a sense of power, authority and confidence, tempered with sense of humor and respect for everyone in your organization. 8. Years of prior experiences that gave you insights and alot of intuitive skills to manage a huge organization and read and understand how you are doing or how you are not doing so you do not go the same route as Enron. 9. Good self esteem. 10. Confidence in your abilities and in your goals for the company.
