Sometimes like getting out of a car especially when in a hurry and other times when I couldnt care less if someone sees up my skirt. There were times when I have just been purposely careless exposing lacy slip and suspenders. I was just being naughty.

Yes, once when I was in a restaurant I bent over to pick something up off the floor and realized all the men were watching. My top which had a scoop neckline had completely fallen open when I bent over and everyone could see right down to my waist. Thank goodness I was wearing a bra at least.

I think any woman who ever wears skirts or dresses has accidently flashed at some time or another. In regard to the asker's avatar, Corvettes are especially hard to get in and out of with any degree of modesty, LOL!

Yes I have sometimes on purpose othe by accident. One day I was wearing a tube top dress and I bent over to pick something up off the floor and this guy saw straight down my skirt.I was little embarass by it.

I wear shorter skirts and dresses occasionally, and when I do there are moments when it is unavoidable that my slip and/or panties will show. On those occasions I tend to feel embarrassed, probably because I made the decision to wear that particular short skirt or dress. I generally wear mid-length dresses and skirts and I don't have to be as careful sitting down, getting out of cars, etc. However, I have often been the "victim" of gusts of wind that push up my skirt or dress, particularly around parking lots where the wind seems to gain velocity between cars. I always wear a slip under my dresses and skirts and I enjoy wearing colorful, silky slips with lots of lace. Most of the time the wind will just pick up my skirt and show off my slip; once in a while my slip will come up as well and my panties will flash. I can't say I feel any embarrassment in those instances, given that I can't really anticipate or prevent my undies from showing. I guess I'm happy that I like to wear very pretty lacy slips and panties!

Wearing a dress or skirt, sooner or later someone's going to get a peek underneath. Getting in and out of a car, sitting down and getting up, crawling up onto a bar stool, all provide for a glimpse up our skirt. Wearing something with a full skirt in windy conditions will give someone a peek. If I'm wearing something really sexy underneath like a pair of pretty lace panties or stockings and gerters, it can really make me feel sexy and feminine knowing that some stranger got a nice peek of my under pinnings.

I've never flashed anybody..But one time I was at the local amusement park and I was on this bungee water slide, it's really steep and you use just your body. I went down it and when I got to the bottom, my friends all had this jaw dropped facial expression. I then noticed that my bathing suit top was completely up. Not to mention this dude life guard standing right there, I was humiliated that day lol.
