I listen to anything from Evanescence, because their music is so depressing. Usually I dont listen to the lyrics though, because you can always find joy in music lyrics. Just go for something that has a lot of slow piano in it.

listen to songs that touch your soul. For me, my songs would be stuff that I heard as a child that my parents listened to. Led zepplin lennard skynard elton john etc... But those are my age group. Any song that makes you think of happier times are bound to lift your spirits
