  • Cingular and I'm generally pleased with the service yes.
  • I also have Cingular and am pretty happy with the service. BUT, I also own a Motorola V3 Razr and would NEVER have one again. I am on my 2nd phone and my boyfriend is on his 3rd in 16 months. JUNK! They drop calls left and right and are not what they were hyped up to be. My next phone will be either an Nokia or an LG...And a Bluetooth is a must. I LOVE MINE!!!
  • Cellular One (I hate it! The service sucks, not many people have it, There plans and prices suck but I didn't know that when I signed a 2 year contract. I have a cool new phone though I love!)
  • Have been a customer of T-Mobile, since 1999. in the beginning, it was Voicestream and then changed to T-Mobile. Like anything new, it takes time to establish and build transmitting towers for cellphones. T-Mobile, based in Seattle, has become a leader in this coverage area. T-Mobile also covers most of the world in cellphone service. Customer service has got to be no. 1. the service reps. are always there and are willing to resolve a financial or technical problem for you. Consumer Report magazine lists T-Mobile as no. 2 or 3 in the country, in overall customer satisfaction. 2006 survey. Very happy with T-Mobile. they give free bonus minutes, if you request them.

  • I have Verizon and have for the past 2 years...I'm only slightly impressed by their service. It's extremely inconvienient that where my house is, in the middle of the city, is directly in a "dead spot."....so I get one bar, oh, possibly 2 when I stand by the window. And what's even better? I emailed verizon and there response was, "Sometimes reception is worse inside. If you stand outside...." Good God, so am I supposed to stand out in 20 degree F weather and talk on my mobile phone??

  • I have had phones with both Sprint and T-Mobile and I found Sprint's coverage to be superior with fewer dropped calls. Can't say that I've enjoyed too many of my experiences dealing with cell phone companies though. I recently came across an article online that you might find helpful as well. It goes into some detail about where to find the best free cell phone offers online as well as what to watch out for.
