i dont know what you consider a "high" heel but it is said that a 2.5 inch heel is best that it gives you the best support.... i think most women wear them to feel sexy/stylish ... i have one pair of heels i wear and i wear them for special times and events i.e. dates and parties i love the way they make me feel but at the end of the day my feet are killing me and i tend to be rough on my shoes so i dont wear them as offten as i would sometimes like
