First I would find out if you really need to strengthen it. See a doctor if you feel like you are catching colds and other things much too easily or often. If he feels you need to strengthen it, he will probably give you medical ways to do it. If he says your immune system is OK after doing perhaps an ANA test after doing CBC and other more common tests, you can make your system stronger by various things from Vitamin C to other antioxidants which you can read about online.

other than a healthy balanced diet, take vitamin c tablets which strengthen your immune system. whenever you feel a little bit sick as in a cough or sore throat, get a 2oz shot of wheat grass, my dad swears by it and it actually does work b/c they boost your immune system up alot. you need to take them for at least 3 days straight right at the beginning of when youre feeling sick, remember to get a couple slices of orange to kill the after taste. i would recommend drinking the stuff if you feel sick to the stomach, it might make it worse.
