I can't sleep that way, but I have a couple of friends who swear that it works wonders for their back problems, and will sleep no other way.

I did it when I was pregnant; it help me be more comfortable.

Helps my son who is paralyzed to keep from rubbing and putting too much pressure on his inside knees which can cause sores. Helped me when I was pregnant, also. I know people who have nothing wrong with them and sleep with pillows between their legs because they say it is more comfy to them. I think anyway you are comfortable is a good sleep position unless you have your neck or spine in a crook.
