You could try wearing thin cotton gloves, that will firstly absorb your hand sweat (and they are washable), as well as providing some grip for you.

Yoga paws. I like them, anyway. http://yogasyz.com/sp-bin/spirit?PAGE=33&CATALOG=5

I have a good friend who has the same problem. Any place that has gymnastic supplies sells chalk and chalk bags. Chalk helps to absorb the sweat on your palms, and you only need a small amount.

i had this same problem and someone suggested i get a towel from yogitoes .... it is PERFECT!!!! it has nubbies on the back that grip your mat and the top is soft and absorbent so you don't slip .... i ordered mine thru amazon.com because it was cheaper .... when picking your color keep in mind that they do fade a good bit OH, also, they have a nice spot on the end that makes a great drishti point

try the hand gloves! They have a non-skid bottom and you could certainly find them at yoga supply stores on line, or ebay!
