A lot of crumpet talk today. I don't know what a crumpet is. Is this an England thing?

I've always told my teenage son that a package of chocolate mini-donuts and a Mountain Dew was the breakfast of champions. But that's just me. The commercials say it's Wheaties, but they're for amateurs who can't handle the sugar/caffeine buzz.
