  • Well, define "a lot." If you mean like an all-yogurt-diet, I imagine that'd only be slightly better than an all-pudding diet. But a yogurt every day? that's fine. the cultures aren't anything that would make you sick. They actually help digestion- sometimes with really strong antibiotics, the doc will recommend yogurt so that your digestive system doesn't get borked from all the good bacteria being killed.
