Would you squeeze your own orange juice, even though you only get 3-4 oz of juice per orange, if the costs of the oranges were low enough to equal the cost of prepared juice in the stores?

I would only drink freshly squeezed orange juice.Studies have shown that nutrients from fruit and vegetable juice dies within minutes of the juicing process.Canned, bottled, and frozen juices are almost useless if you are juicing for health benifits. If it for convenience and taste only than frozen juice is OK.I have been juicing for years and have tested frozen against freshly juiced and can feel the vitality difference. One was dead of energy and one was refeshing.
