Most probably you've got it abcessed, and you'll need antibiotics before you most likely have it surgically removed and it's best that you shop around for a good quality Tx: and price, and you can't put it off no more because the pain is always gonna be there untill your have it taken care of. Oh! And by the way from the symptoms that you're telling me it could be dangerous, people at this stage can get high fevers, pass out or get convulsions!!Good luck!!

yes it can. I had an abcess on my lower one and the dentist said i was lucky it wasnt on the top, an infection there can spread into sinus cavities and turn to sepsis a lot more quickly. See if theres a dental school in your area. You Really should get it taken care of before it can get infected. Be sure and get some antiseptic mouthwash.

Very possible, when I had my wisdom teeth in I was numbing the right side of my mouth to control the pain. It was so intense that it felt like Dick Cheney shot me in the face.

I am not a doctor but if your tooth has caused an abcess, you will get pain and can also lead to a sinus infection, and that will cause the pain you describe. The tooth needs to be pulled, some hospitals have dental care and you can be billed, some suggestions in the mean time. heat a little oil and add some ground cloves, soak that up in a cotton ball and put it into the broken tooth. ( this is basically the same medicine the dentist puts into an infected tooth. you can try ice packs as well. Real solution see a dentist have it pulled. Best of Luck
