Hey Stealth3si, You didn't mention the type of work environment or what your goals are.If it's a more traditional office, don't wear a short sleeve dress shirt. Even if it's a business casual environment. You lose power points. A polo shirt is acceptable. If your office is super casual, tuck the shirt in and unbutton the top button. I would avoid the long sleeve t-shirt altogether unless you wear a short sleeve t-shirt over. This way the two styles work together.
