pencil for bottom lid part and liquid for above top row of eyelashes :)

I dont know if you would count it as pencil but i like those twist eyeliners that are like crayons. I also use glitter liquid eyeliner

I love very dramatic liquid eyeliner but it is not easy to do. I would suggest that you practice with a really sharp eyeliner pencil. I am going to play with my own make-up skills in the meantime!

most pencil bc it's easier to reapply during the day but i like the look of liquid and I've never tried cream

Pencil. I would like to try liquid, but I had a bad experience with it once where it got in my eye and it hurt really bad!

Any of the above, depending on what look I'm going for. Each has their own specific uses....and drawbacks.
