Through the heart with a big sharp stick.

From what I heard it's tongue piercing, if you don't have it done by an experienced trained professional then you might run the risk of the stud going through a blood vessel and your tongue coudl swell up and cut off your air supply.
-
i don't know if it's most dangerous or not, but i wouldn't recommend you pierce your eye....

The one my son comes home with.
-
tongue..although it is the most amazing piercing ever...if they pierce a vein..you can bleed to death..or it can cut off your air supply
-
The most dangerous piercings come from blindfolded piercers.
-
The most dangerous would be my nipple...dangerous to the person who tried to do it, that is.

Apadravya and Ampallang piercings both pass through the full thickness of the penis and can take months to years to heal and are very painful to get done. While the Prince Albert piercing heals relatively quickly and easily because of the urethra and urine - which seems to vastly reduce the incidence of infection, these other piercings don't have that luxury - while they pass through the urethra, they aren't actually urethral piercings. http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Ampallang (warning, some graphic images)
-
Guiches (high risk of infection) Urethral (ditto) Sub-clavicles - most piercers will never be good enough to attempt it surface piercings over 2 inches long - no drainage = nasty abcess as redrum said, ampallangs and the like can be risky, same with mandibles, christinas, and anything that passes through large portions of tissues.
-
Uvula.

well, this just looks like one big piercing so i'd say this ... http://www.geocities.com/akramjfr/piercings.jpg And i imagine the big ones, that are seen in tribes, that go through the mouth (cheek to cheek) must be pretty dangerous!
