I would use All Free & Clear Detergent and Bio-Kleen Oxygen Bleach Plus and wash the uniform in hot water. If you can, put the detergent and bleach in the water before putting the uniform in. Don't dry the uniform completely and iron on appropriate setting. I've found that some detergents that have dyes can leave small stains if they come into contact with clothing, which is why I recommend All Free & Clear. The Bio-Kleen is color-safe, and I've found it works well. Both products are "green."
