My brother told me 9 out of 10 men are bad. I feel most men are good. Men, I need to know the truth. What's your opinion? Men only!

Your brother's protecting you he doesn't want to see you get hurt. But its probaly more like 6/10 or 7/10 men

For every bad guy there are at least 100 good guys if that were true then the prison popuation would be 10 times as large

Anyone can be good or bad, depending on the situation. We are usually not inherently wrong, but we can do good or wrong acts. Your brother means that most men *will* act bad in some particular circumstances where few will resist doing wrong. As long as this kind of circumstances are not given, many men will behave good. The whole applies also for women, by the way. For instance, if an horrible serial killer just has been caught by some people, they could lynch him. This, actually, is wrong. The right thing would normally be to give him to the police so that he first get judged.
