Are college basics hard if you are an intelligent or average person living at home with your parents and only working about fifteen hours a week?

Assuming you learned time management and study skills in high school, no.

Not if you want to succed, and put the time it to regularily read and do your homework.

If you consistently work at your classes, it will be fine.

I consider myself fairly intelligent when it comes to the basics (math, science, english) and I worked 20-30 hours a week and had no problems. I could have done better with my grades if I studied more, but I learned from the classes, which is what I consider the more important thing.

It depends. If youre a person that relied on other people and didn't study in high school, your'e going to get lost QUICK. But if your study habits and attendance are good, you should do well. 15 hours a week is a reasonable amount to work for a full time student. Just keep in mind,...that you actually have to pay for school now.
