Why can't obama validate he is constitutionally eligible to be President by producing a "Birth Certificate" Won't the door always be open to question and challenge the legitimacy of his actions and have dire consequences of those actions till he does?

Well, I'm afraid that your hero W set the trend with his hocus-pocus military past. If Mr. Obama has to present his birth certificate, shouldn't W have to produce his military record?

He was voted in by the majority of people in your country. Accept that you live in a DEMOCRACY and he was DEMOCRATICALLY voted in. Or would you prefer to live in a communist country?

Tim there is one more appeal left in NJ this guy filled suits all over the nation as one ends another begins this may go on for a while or he may be down to his last appeal.

His birth certificate was produced and vetted even before he could register for President. That's the reason no rational person paid any attention to the birth certificate hoopla. Even if he had been born in Kenya (which he wasn't) he would still have been considered a naturalized American citizen because his mother was. How do I know this? My son was born abroad in Germany and he is a naturalized American citizen because I am. Even McCain was born in Panama. The American Embassys take care of this with what is called a Report of Birth Abroad. You get that first and then you get you Birth Certificate certifying that you are a naturalized American citizen. So you see, these people filing all those law suits were wasting their time. They should study American Law concerning birth's abroad. However, Obama was born in Hawaii.

An office-holder who is not technically qualified to hold office is called a "de facto officer" (it goes back to old England). If you have any dealings with a de facto officer, you must raise that issue before "engaging" with him, or it is waived. So, if President Obama signs a law and you are then charged with violating it, you can raise as a defense the allegation that he was not qualified, and you can subpoena his Birth Certificate and any witnesses, to prove it. This will inevitably happen.

Oy! This again. Let's put it this way: Obama is president and is just as valid as your hero W is, who was unable to produce any proof of his service time.
