  • That depends upon who has custody of the child. If you have full and sole custody, then the other "parent" has nothing to say about it. If he or she pays child support and has proven or admitted to being the other parent, then they will probably have rights in that regard.
  • The custody agreement should state the intentions of the parents. If this was not covered in the original agreement, then it can be taken back to court for an amendment to the agreement. If you want the agreement to go your way, you should contact your lawyer immediately and have him file for a new custody hearing.
