By your question it looks like you are saying the obd read MAF but I couldn't tell by the way the question was written if you replaced that or not. The Mass Air Flow Sensor would be the most likely couse of an eratic idle. If that has been replaced you may have a vaccum leak. I would have thout it would have thrown a code but you never know. Common ways of locating the leak are by running a torch around the lines to see if any certain location makes it straighten out. P.S. of course the torch sould not be lit. The fumes is what causes the change. Posible EGR but would expect a code for that as well
