No. I dont think you should insult another woman. I also dont think that black guys should use that word with each other. Its offensive.

When one black guy calls another black "n*gger" they usually say it in a familiar way... which is somewhat okay. If they use it in an insulting way it's still offensive and isn't okay. (Some people say it's never okay to use the word, while others say that by using it in such ways they neutralize the normal hatred associated with it.) If you are insulting someone with the intent on hurting their feelings, then I don't think it's ever okay- whether or not it's a woman or man, black or white. However, there are some things that you can get away with saying in a joking manner easier than a man could.
