Yeah,He got caught in a crossfire between the unions and the management and had to leave and so I got his place.He was very mean person so I was really pleased.

I can't stand it when people fight. There is a solution to every problem and it should be worked out calmly. Fighting it for bullies, boxers and bulldogs.

No matter whether it is my boss or anyone else who gets caught in a fight I do not enjoy it. I do my best to stop the fight and bring peace all around. I must also add that I have been successful a good number of times even where the fighters concerned were very large threteningly strong muscular men.

no never....I happen to really like my boss. She's a very cool lady under pressure. I have alot of respect for her.
