I don't know much about it, but I don't think the fact that these two males were hispanic is important.

edited. I read the question wrong. The race of the murderers shouldn't matter, unless they said they killed him because he wasnt hispanic. It horrible that the trooper was killed, maybe someday people will stop killing people for senseless reasons.

I think it's a shame when anybody (Hispanic or not) murders another person (State Trooper, from Tennessee, whatever). Descriptors unecessary.

It is a murder that happened....it sukcs, but these things happen. I take it by mentioning their ethnicity you would like me to comment on the race issue...no big deal. It doesn;t matter me which race killed the trooper...it doesn;t make a difference.

It's terrible, of course. What kind of response did you think a question like this would receive? Or maybe that's the problem, Officer Pennington - you failed to think. Why do you keep asking questions about how people feel about the conduct of Hispanics when you always pose those questions in negative contexts? This is the second one today. Perhaps you don't see your questions as having racist overtones, but I certainly do. Have you ever asked a question about Latino people that contained positive elements? If you have, it's news to me.

Well its terrible no matter what. But are they illegals? Its even worse when the killers are illegals knowing it could have been prevented if we would only secure the border.

The facts are: Two Police Officers are dead and it is irrelevant what race the shooters are. The situation at hand is devistatiing to not only the officers families and friends but this type of incidents have an impact world wide throughout all police agencies. And every one wonders why police officers walk up to a vehicle at night with their fire arm drawn and ready to shoot.

My thoughts? Two SUSPECTS, who happen to be Hispanic, ALLEGEDLY killed a Tennessee State Trooper, and anybody who drags race into this is a moron. Give them a (colorblind) trial, THEN we'll talk.

Why? Should we feel more outraged because they were Hispanic and not White?? Why not two people killed another person?
