Go to Alberta, into the Merchant Guild [lower left corner of the map, or talk to the guide at the gate of the city] and tell the guy there that you want to be a merchant. Correct me if i'm wrong, but I think this involves FedExing some package to and from Payon ^_^

Actually, you have to deliver the item to a specific NPC After that, you will get a reciept, go back 2 alberta and talk to da albertian guy who you signed up. LOCATIONS FOR THE NPC DELIVERIES: geffen_in155 122 morocc_in140 102 (Kafra) prontera 248 42 (Kafra) izlu2dun 106 58 (i think izlu2dun is byalan island)
