I prefer genuine Cheddar cheese from Cheddar. If Champagne can only come from the Champagne region of France and Brie can only come from a particular area of France I really don't see why the entire world can produce and sell a cheese called Cheddar - and please don't tell me it's because of a process called Cheddaring that is part of the production process. It's English Cheddar Gorgeous!
