After a divorce, 5 funerals (2 of them being for my brothers) I really don't have a "wonderful" time anymore. In fact I am too darn depressed every day of the year for anything to make feel any different.

We don't think so. Absent all the commercialism, it would be a fine time of the year. But spring is beautiful..summer can be much fun and autumn..well, autumn is definitely our favorite time of the year. It all depends on what floats your boat! :)
