I don't get too offended, but it doesn't attract any good attention from me either though. I usually ignore whoever does it. If someone doesn't have the guts to come up to me and talk to me like a person, then they really aren't worth my time. I know it sounds harsh, but usually guys who whistle are just after a piece of meat, which is something I am not. :S If its someone I know and they are just doing it for kicks, then I play along because no damage is done and it is just for fun! :)
