No idea really but I would imagine Phone sex operators ten to be women so they may swing the balance in the favour of women. In ordinary life not sex industry I would imagine men.

Male: I tried it but the vibrating and hard plastic didn't really do anything for me.....so, I'd have to say women.

It takes two people to do it so I guess it would be pretty even. You'd HAVE to be talking to someone.

Its probably easier for a woman to have sex with a phone than it is for men. So I'd have to say women.
