  • they say that laughing does help lower blood pressure and reduce stress, and release depression, and release some kinda of endorphine that fights free radicals that cause cancer in your body , so if that is true then I would have to say yes
  • Laughing, being happy and positive do make you stay young, theres less of a chance in you having stress, depression and even wrinkles when you get older. Laughter is by far the best medicine.
  • It is great for staying young and in good health, but I think there are other things that are equally important like diet and exercise. Laughing is a great way to spend time though, regardless of circumstances. It is a must in life.
  • I'm not sure about that, but I am sure it makes it a whole lot of fun either way.
