I've been told that coffee is an appetite suppressant, is this true and what other foods have the same ability?

    have you tried to find morman tea? its a plant that contains ephedra..i know there is a lot of hype and you shouldnt take it if you have a heart condition.you shouldnt try and suppress your appetite,feed yourself.just not crap. your body needs fuel to work.if your trying to loose weight as a resolution,combine it with a light workout.try pilates. its easy and youll get great results

    Only due to the caffeine-stimulant in it. Just like "diet pills" that are nothing but chemical speed or caffeine or nicotine even.
