My first thought is your oil pressure is abnormally high for some reason, like a blocked EGR valve. For some reason, blowby (exhaust gases getting past your rings, which is normal), isn't being able to exit your engine and is building up pressure in the oil pan. That in turn is forcing oil ahead of it as it is seeking a way out of your engine.
I'd start by checking the EGR valve and any breather on your oil pan or in your air cleaner (some cars have them, some don't). If that is all clear, then I'd suspect the oil isn't circulating properly. Sometimes cheap oil will form dried plugs in the engine and prevent circulation.
have you checked the oil filter gasket???
Your air pollution elements are plugged, possibly the pcv valve!
What else do you expect from a Ford? Performance? Reliability? Economy? Those things are only good for sticking a Jaysus fish in the back and drive it straight into the nearest lake

You're reading I own a 2002 tahoe, I drove from san jose to bakersfield no problem started it up oil blew out from oil filter, thought It worked lose replaced and added new oil started truck oil blew out again. any help?
