Smoke and drive. I saw a proper good test on television, and the guy who had been smoker was either normal, or better than normal responses for the most part. Usually any level of alcohol has a negative effect on all of the driving skills and manoeuvres. Either way, they're both highly irresponsible, and I don't condone either.

depends on what they are drinking and what they are smoking...I choose cigarettes over alcohol.

Are you talking about pot? If so I would rather people smoke pot and drive. Every pot smoker I've ever known hasn't had any accidents while stoned and they drive stoned all of the time. Over half of the people I know who ever drive drunk have crashed at least one car.
