I'm pretty good at sarcasm when I set my mind to it and I'm sure that's how I would react.

I would say something along the lines of, 'What's it to you, do you think for one minute I would ever dress or wear my hair for you or give a darn about what you think'? This person sounds like a control freak, I would be happy that I didn't know them well.
