  • Do lot's of aerobics and cardio work. Ask a personal trainer at a local gym what they would recommend. Do fat-burning activities such as running, cycling, jump rope. Work your core as well. It'll give you strength. Use those elasticy stretch-bands. They work wanders for reducing fat and toning up! (I'm sorry if you're thinking 'yeah I know all this'. I's all I can think of for now.) I want to lose some fatty-fat-fat by Xmas, too. It's really helpful if you join a group- such as an onlie one, where you comment on how far you've come- it's like having a personal trainer in the sense that you're motivated to improve so you can show/tell them.
