There's something comforting about being warm and snug under blankets - it's not just about being warm itself. Probably to do with reminders about being in the mother's womb, I guess. Anyway, that would be my preference.

Plie on the layers and your body will warm you to a comfy 90 degrees. I'm convinced that hot air is bad for you. Plus it's a waste of energy. Put the heat where you need it. Get a matteress cover/heater if you must.

OOOO good question! I love the cold air and snuggle under alot of blankents. I cant sleep any other way. In fact I cant sleep without something draped across me, almost like a protected feeling.

Most of my life I've slept in unheated or underheated rooms and I sleep better that way. We turn the heat way down at night and all of us have outdoor weight polar fleece pajamas.

definitely a cold room...I dislike getting in the bed at first....but it doesn't take long to get it warm.....you sleep better than in a warm room....breathing is much better...
